The commissioned artwork is for personal use only and may be posted on personal social media accounts or websites. You may not claim the artwork as your own, sell it, or use it for commercial purposes without the permission of the artist. The artist retains the copyright to the artwork and may use it for their own promotional purposes.The client is responsible for providing clear and detailed instructions for the commissioned artwork, including any specific preferences or requirements. The artist will provide regular updates on the progress of the artwork and will make every effort to complete it within the agreed-upon timeline, if one has been established. If no deadline has been agreed upon, the artist will work on the commissioned artwork at their own pace and will communicate regularly with the client to ensure that their expectations are being met.All sales are final and no refunds will be given after the artwork has been delivered to the client. By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
